Class Coordinator & Officer Responsibilities
Class Coordinator Responsibilities
There will be one Class Coordinator for every group of 20 or less Members. It is the responsibility of Class Coordinator to make sure meetings are scheduled, verify returning dues are paid, verify hours are posted on the Member’s volunteer log after the year-end deadline, and apply for the President's Volunteer Service Awards for the Members in their group that qualify. The Class Coordinator must also post meeting minutes and photos on Class page and archive Members’ volunteer logs upon resigning. She must approve the Child Abuse Policy and submit to a criminal background check as part of Lion's Heart insurance requirements. There will be a mandatory annual online class for all Class Coordinators for training and updating of Lion's Heart policies and procedures. All Class Coordinators report to the Class Coordinator Liaison and/or the Chapter President.
